Thank you to the dedication of "🎗️Counting till they are back🎗️" for getting to know some of Ariel's story.

All posts are created and shared with care and best intent. Please receive any errors with kindness and understanding🙏

Ariel, who recently marked his second birthday in captivity, is 28 years old. He is the son of Silvia and Luis, and the youngest brother of Lucas, Eitan, and David — who is also being held hostage.

His mother, Silvia, lovingly calls him "Papi" or "Papito", and he calls her "Mamita".

Ariel completed his computer science studies and worked in high-tech as a software tester. He loves eating meat and rosa pasta, and playing football. He is described as intelligent, sensitive, someone who loves people and animals, always pleasant and wearing a smile.

Ariel and his partner, Arbel, were kidnapped together from their home on the kibbutz. Shortly before, they had returned from a trip to South America, were living together, and making plans for their shared future.

Arbel, who was released at the end of January, pleads that we not give up the fight to bring home her beloved Ariel. Ariel’s brother David is also held in captivity. Their family longs deeply for the laughter, the shared meals, the hugs and kisses. Together with Arbel and all their friends, they eagerly await his return.

Dearest and beloved Ariel,
We are breathing with you and sending you strength. Hang in there just a little longer — we are bringing you home.

Let us together hold the vision of Ariel’s and David’s return — that powerful moment when they are finally wrapped in the arms of their beloved parents Silvia and Luis, siblings Lucas and Eitan, and Ariel’s partner Arbel.

The more people who change their profile pictures to the faces of the hostages and the count of days in captivity, the more their presence will not be erased, their cries will be heard, and the more strength we can send them — to endure one more minute, one more hour, one more day, as we breathe with them and together hold the vision strong of them reunited in the arms of their families NOW. Let us, together, disrupt the status quo and bring them home. Please, continue sharing the link to join the group:https://chat.whatsapp.com/FXt9g4mdQ412goY4d9wvOQ

May we courageously envision a future that is liberated from a cycle of hatred, traumatic loss and deep heart ache. One that embodies the words, “You never change things by fighting the existing reality. To change something, build a new model that makes the existing model obsolete.”~Buckminster Fuller
So may it be 🙏🕯️❤️‍🩹🕊️
