How best can we use m energy to help?

So today's blessing's a little different, it's more a sharing of a short guided meditation I received yesterday that resonated so profoundly. Shewa!! I read it, re-read, again and again and have made a commitment to incorporate it in my morning or evening routine daily.

And the more I've played and engaged with it, it's for me way beyond someone who may evoke anger/fear, but also to use for those I love.

Plus, I've been grappling with how best can I use my energy right now, with all that's unfolding in the world, so much grief and pain, sorrow and loss, anger, judgement and polarization....how can I contribute. And I was struct by the thought of wow, imagine the energetic power of a growing group of people, practicing this meditation, choosing for step 1 to imagine the international leaders whose actions and policies we don't agree with and feel are not at all in service of a greater good. Or anyone now, whose point of view evokes anger/sadness/fear.

Sent in love and may you find value too.

Guided Meditation: The Gentler Reality
Step 1: Think of someone you are angry with. Anyone you have found difficult at times or who
brings to mind a fearful thought. Take a moment or two to picture this person in detail. How they stand. How they dress. How they have behaved toward you and others. Remember anything about their body or mannerisms you do not like. Also, include whatever features you consider special.

Step 2: Recall a moment when you or someone else was thoughtful or gentle. The incident does not have to involve the person in Step 1. Just think of a time when any adult, child, or animal extended its love to another. And notice the soft light and sense of relaxation that comes
into your mind with this thought. Using the touch you would use to communicate your tenderness and love, shape this light into a garment. And gently place this garment of light over the person in Step 1. Allow yourself a minute or so to see the soft glow that now envelops them.

Step 3: As you continue to watch, see standing behind him a brilliant figure of light. This is G-d, Source, who comes to heal and forgive. Please watch as G-d walks into this person you did not love without limit. Now not only the light of your love covers them, but the Light of
G-d fills them entirely, and they become very still within G-d's peace as they feel the release within your mind, and in their own.

So may it be 🙏 Timeless love 💚
