May you at times, connect to the stillness beyond the movement and frenzy,
Sometimes closing your eyes, focusing on your breath….
Other times, may a reminder to be present to the moment inspire you to welcome it fully,
The stuff you appreciate about it,
AND
The stuff that frustrates you about it…
May this presence and willingness to welcome the moment, exactly as it is,
this letting go,
this non-resistance,
this acceptance,
Connect you to deep stillness,
A place of power and possibility.

Blessing backstory:
A while ago I decided to find uplifting images, ones that made me smile and lifted my spirit. And to send them together with a blessing, a personal wish, to my immediate family. Over time it’s become a ‘daily-ish’ morning practice via WhatsApp to a slowly growing recipient list. Recently I’ve started to share these blessings and images on social media too, with a prayer that they brighten the world of those who receive them.
