How DELICIOUSLY INFECTIOUS is this little person’s excited joy! If I pause for a moment to look at that face, I can feel my eyes coming alive, and my face naturally mimicking the expression of sheer delight.

Feel your eyes widen and light up, your mouth open in excited exclamation. It’s a pretty cool experience to connect to the energy and to allow it to transform you! Go on…I bet doing this will boost your mood and immune system! 😉

Blessing backstory:
A while ago I decided to find uplifting images, ones that made me smile and lifted my spirit. And to send them together with a blessing, a personal wish, to my immediate family. Over time it’s become a ‘daily-ish’ morning practice via WhatsApp to a slowly growing recipient list. Recently I’ve started to share these blessings and images on social media too, with a prayer that they brighten the world of those who receive them.
