Here’s to dusting away the doubts, the worries and fears of tomorrow,
and opening your heart to the present,
the moments,
and imagining you are experiencing sensations and the simplest of routines for the very first time!
Like brushing your teeth in the morning…present to the activity itself, being able to hold and use a toothbrush, even owning a toothbrush, having teeth to brush, access to water and a basin to easily rinse and…..you get the idea😉…

Blessing backstory:
A while ago I decided to find uplifting images, ones that made me smile and lifted my spirit. And to send them together with a blessing, a personal wish, to my immediate family. Over time it’s become a ‘daily-ish’ morning practice via WhatsApp to a slowly growing recipient list. Recently I’ve started to share these blessings and images on social media too, with a prayer that they brighten the world of those who receive them.
