May you remember to sometimes simply stop…

A blessing, a wish, from my heart to yours.

I love this picture for the reminder to sometimes simply stop…..
It looks like the stones are glistening as if it’s just rained…
I also love the sunbeams, and…..

These are the words I hear this picture whispering…

May you remember to sometimes simply stop,
to take a load off,
to park,
to take a long… slow… deep… expansive breath in, then to take a moment at its peak, before it’s long… slow… gentle… melting release…
to soak it all in, the glistening stones after the rain, the sounds of the birds, the freshness in the air, the warm radiant sunbeams, the calm after the storm, the grey heavily pregnant rain clouds…

May you tilt your head in curiosity, in awe, in presence, in gratitude…
May you invite mindfulness as life long companion…
May you befriend mystery…

So may it be
So much love always.

Blessing backstory:
A while ago I decided to find uplifting images, ones that made me smile and lifted my spirit. And to send them together with a blessing, a personal wish, to my immediate family. Over time it’s become a ‘daily-ish’ morning practice via WhatsApp to a slowly growing recipient list. Recently I’ve started to share these blessings and images on social media too, with a prayer that they brighten the world of those who receive them.

Would you like to receive these too?
