May you share your light, your aliveness, knowing it has the power to re-kindle another.
A blessing, a wish, from my heart to yours.
Yesterday my youngest son shared that my blessings all seem to ‘say the same thing, just in different words… that they all do seem to carry the same ‘lesson’, essence, core message. 🤔
And he’s quite right! 👌
The Universe knows that I certainly need regular consistent reminders to live presently, mindfully, to embrace the mystery and the FULL package of life, etc! Just like how I breathe, eat, sleep daily, I need this sort of heart and soul nourishment daily. And I send these wishes to you from the deepest part of my heart and soul.

May you keep the flame of your creativity and unique self-expression burning,
May you share your light, your aliveness, knowing it has the power to re-kindle another,
And may you be the grateful recipient of another’s shared light should yours dim, or burn out…
May fire and light remind you that sharing multiples without diminishing and that light by its presence alone, dispels the dark.
May you live ‘the whole being greater than the sum of its parts’ and the magic of what’s possible when coming together towards a greater goal.
May you become aware of judgments as they bubble to the surface, may you witness their constricting nature, and may you choose to see through and past them, to connect to the vulnerable beautiful sacred layers beneath,
the feelings and needs, in all their shapes and shades,
May you allow them to be unconditionally seen and lovingly heard,
generously felt and witnessed.
And may you experience the fertile expansive space of possibility created when you do!

Blessing backstory:
A while ago I decided to find uplifting images, ones that made me smile and lifted my spirit. And to send them together with a blessing, a personal wish, to my immediate family. Over time it’s become a ‘daily-ish’ morning practice via WhatsApp to a slowly growing recipient list. Recently I’ve started to share these blessings and images on social media too, with a prayer that they brighten the world of those who receive them.
