Understanding the rules changes everything without changing anything!
'Omg! It's for real! It works! When you understand the rules of the game, the game becomes soooooo much fun, challenging in the most delicious way and satiatingly fulfilling!'
I heard the most powerful analogy from Peter Sage yesterday. Imagine knowing how to drive but not having a clue about the rules of the road. No idea what the lines in the road mean, nor the street signs, traffic lights etc.
Imagine.
Really, take some moments to imagine!
Every time you needed to drive, it would be an anxiety inducing, highly stressful and life threatening experience.
Contrast that to knowing the rules of the road. Then the odds of every ride being an enjoyable experience are massively increased.
And here's the biggest takeaway. Nothing changed on the outside! Yet the difference in experience is 180 degrees! OMG!
